Our marketing activities are conducted transparently and professionally under the IQI, focusing on property consultation, project promotion, and lead generation for authorized property developments by EXSIM Group and its subsidiaries, including but not limited to Causewayz Square @ JBCC. 

We do not represent ourselves as the developer, nor do we collect any payment on behalf of the developer.

2. Media

Images, floor plans, and videos used on this website are for illustration and informational purposes only. All EXSIM Group or developer-related materials (logos, artist impressions, photos, brochures, etc.) are used under authorized agent usage, and all rights remain with their respective owners.

Users are not permitted to reuse or reproduce any website media without prior written consent from the site administrator or IQI Realty Sdn. Bhd.
